CARE FOR VACANT AND VACATIONING HOMES
There are two different reasons that we typically do care for vacant homes.
1. When a homeowner goes on vacation or closing down a vacation property.
- We water the plants
- Bring in the mail and any packages left on the porch
- Turn down or up the thermostat before the homeowner arrives home
- Feed and water the cat
- Turn lights off and on each day or set up timers
- Insure lawn is maintained in homeowners absence
- Stock kitchen and refrigerator with food for homeowners returnper homeowners request.
2. When a home is on the market to sell
- Water the Plants
- Make sure there are fresh flowers and good smells
- Clean up pest or plant debris
- Make sure walkways are clear of snow or debris
- Make sure lawn is well manicured
- Prepare home for Open House
