When you need a roof repaired or a deck put on your home or any home improvement you've got to do your homework. That is where we come in.  We get estimates from three reliable service providers, check all the references, and give the homeowner a report of the three estimates and what all the references said.  We try to only recommend contractors that we have had personal experience with and who come with personal recommendations.  This is one area where it really pays to do the homework.

We have all heard the horror stories of contractors the begina job and halfway through the job leave for the day to never be seen again. Leavign the homeowner with a job half done, paid for and a big mess on their hands. We work hard to insure that this never happens to any of our clients.  We want to make home imporvements be as painless and stressless as possible. 

We do not accept ANY compensation from any of the contractors that we recommend. We feel like this helps us to have integrity that when we say they are the best.  We are able to base this on the work they do and not because of a referral fee.

So you can rest assured that our recommendations are based on their work not on them being the highest bidder for our recommendation. Beware this is a very common practice amoung companies that refer other companies and it does not usually insure that you are getting the best in that field, only the highest payer!
