Q: What is a concierge or personal assistant?
A: It is a person whose job it is to assist you with both your everyday tasks and errands, as well as the out of the ordinary tasks. They are there to make your life more enjoyable and easier. Some people call them concierges, others assistants, others rent a wife, but all call them life-savers!
Q: Is my information safe?
A: Our services are safe, secure and confidential. Client information is safeguarded and protected.
Q: Where do you provide services?A: We are currenty serving the Northern Virginia area. We serve Reston, Herndon, Sterling, Great Falls, Ashburn, Leesburg & Lansdowne. However, we are flexible and can service other areas as well, if needed. Q: How do you know what your clients want?A: Our detailed client intake process is designed to learn about the residents of the households we serve and to assure that we are exceeding their expectations during our visits. We tailor each client's program to that client based on their needs and lifestyle.
Q: Are all of your services listed on the website?A: No. Our list of services provided are examples of services we can perform.
Q: How do you handle billing?A: Our clients pay for the A La Carte service as the service is completed. If they are on a monthly package, then they are billed at the beginning of each month. Incidental purchases made on behalf of our clients at their request (i.e. grocery shopping, gift purchase, etc) are to be paid at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. All receipts for such purchases will be submitted to the client. There are no surcharges or hidden fees to our pricing or services. Q: Is this service affordable?A: When one considers the quality of our services, in addition to the amount of work we complete on behalf of our clients, most find our prices to be reasonable. Furthermore, we offer customized service packages so that our clients are only paying for the time they need.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?A: We accept personal checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa & American Express.
