How It Works 

 
The first step is to email or call us to set up an free introductory appointment to discuss your needs and how we can best serve you.
 
The second step is for you to decide the amount of services you would like.
 
Our services are available in three different options.  Services can be purchased on an hourly basis but we highly recommend a prepaid package because of the hourly discount and because it allows you to really prepare to benefit the most from our services. 
 
  • A la carte hourly service( pay as you go)
  • Prepaid Package #1: 10 hours 
  • Prepaid Package #2: 20 hours
 
All packages have a 3 month expiration date. Hours may not be rolled over into the next quarter. 

 
The third step is to sit back and relax and enjoy your time.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Checks & Cash. 

 

Additional Info  

  • Travel time is included in the hourly rate if travel time exceeds 30 minutes.
  • Hourly fee does not include items purchased on clients behalf those cost are additional and must be paid for at the time of delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Any items that are not paid for at the time of delivery and are billed with monthly bill will be assessed an additional $10.00 administrative fee.
  • Due to insurance limitations It's Your Time cannot transport people or animals in our vehicles.
  • It's Your Time does not offer Childcare or Housekeeping Services but we can help you find someone who does.
  • A La Carte Services are due at the time of service.
