Everyone is busy, who has the time to do the necessary research that is needed to make sure that you are using quality, reliable and insured repairmen and contractors.  Our homes are one of the most valuable possessions that most of us have.  It is so important to make sure that the people that you have coming in to do work carry their own insurance and will complete the work they have been hired to do and in the time and with the quality that you expect.  We will help you find those reliable people so that you can rest assured that your job will not only be completed once started but will also be quality work and at the price quoted.

We go through and check references, check insurance, and check pricing before we recommend any service providers.  We try to only use contractors that we can personally recommend but from time to time we have a request for work that we are not familiar with.  You can rest assured that we take the time to research every company before we bring them into your home to perform work. 

Who has time to wait a minimum of 2-4 hours for most repairmen, contractors, and deliveries?  We do!  Instead of taking time off from work let us go and wait for you.

We also provide a wait service for repairs.  You do not have to take a day off of work to deal with repairs in your home.  We will meet the repairman or contractor at your home, walk through the work that needs to done, make arrangements for payment, insure they complete the work and clean up after themselves.  Make sure they leave and lock the door behind us. It is like having your very own project manager for your home!
